Alisa

Alisa started cheer during her second year at University and has completely changed her life.

After 2 years on Durham Divas All-Girl Level 3 squad she moved to Newcastle to start her medical degree.
A previous coach invited Alisa to attend a few REIGN ALLSTAR sessions to give Level 5 a go and also help them out during the season.

Alisa never dreamt she'd ever make it onto a Worlds squad and it means so much to her to be able to go with the Reign family.

Amelia

Amelia tried out for REIGN ALLSTARS in 2018 but was unsuccessful.

She took the directions from coaches, Faye and Ash. With this direction, Amelia continued to work really hard and was over the moon to be selected to join the squad in 2019.

Amelia follows in the footsteps of previous World Championship athletes from Morecambe Bay Stormers
.. those who she looked up to and admired.

Charley

Began cheerleading at the age of 5 competing at level 1 & 2. Competing and travelling to competitions throughout the UK. From a young age being a Worlds athlete was always a dream of Charley's.

After a short break, Charley returned to Cheer in February 2018, joining local club Derwent Valley Allstars.
Through the encouragement of her coach, Charley was successful in her REIGN ALLSTARS tryouts in September 2018.

"Cheerleading is more than just a hobby for me I’ve developed long lasting friendships, learnt to understand the importance of commitment and responsibility and what can be achieved through hard work.

Lauren

Lauren started cheerleading at the age of 8 as just a bit of fun.
She never thought that one day she would be competing at the World Championships.

REIGN ALLSTARS was built at the start of the 2018 season, with a hope to develop into a Worlds squad.
Lauren believes with the right mind set and work ethic, that amazing things can happen.

"Every year we would all sit with Worlds on live-stream and we never thought we'd be fortunate to go."

Leah

Leah has been cheerleading for 11 years. She started her cheer journey with Derwent Valley Allstars at the age of 4, as a Mini Level One.

As a Base specialist, Leah is often a member of multiple DVA cheer routines, as well as Group Stunts.
Leah also benefits from a strong dance background.

This is Leah's second World Championships, having competed with Morecambe Bay's Storm Queens in 2018.

As a junior cheer coach, Leah strongly believes in passing her skills onto the next generation of World's athletes

"I love competing with my Cheer family. The support and friendships I have in Cheer is why I love this sport"

Mia

Mia started cheer in 2014 after seeing videos on YouTube of a World Championship winning team competing.

She never expected to have the opportunity herself.
However, with the belief from her coaches and Mia's dedication, she successfully competed at Worlds in 2018, with Morecambe Bay's Storm Queens.

Mia remembers her amazing 2018 experience .. and then to get onto REIGN ALLSTARS the following year is another highlight to Mia's cheer career.

"The people on this team are so supportive and I can’t wait to share the experience of Worlds with them in 2020"

Niamh

Niamh started her cheerleading with Morecambe Bay Stormers in 2014. Competing at a variety of levels throughout this time continually improving with the determination that one day she would reach the World Championships.

Niamh is very passionate about cheer, so much so that she decided to undertake appropriate qualifications to enable her to become a junior coach and assist the younger generation in their cheer journey.

Niamh tried out two years ago for the World's squad but was unsuccessful, however this has never deterred Niamh, in fact gave her more drive to continue trying and working to the best of her ability. She was selected to join the REIGN ALLSTARS in 2019.

"I feel that cheerleading creates strong bonds and friendships that will last forever. My cheerleading friends are people, which I refer to as my sisters and understand me better than anyone else. Cheerleading has helped me through so much over the years and helped me discover who I really am and what I love you do."

Olivia

The world of cheerleading caught 'Liv's eye at the age of 10. Already an experienced trampolinist and gymnast, she was excited by the prospect of learning new skills and competing alongside her friends.

Olivia joined Derwent Valley Allstars as a Junior Level 3 Flyer, before moving up to Senior Level 4 within 6 months.

As soon as there was talk of creating an International Level 5 squad, the Ambitious and Driven Olivia couldn't wait to be a part of it.

In September 2018, Olivia was successful in tryouts and joined REIGN ALLSTARS.

Toby

Toby started cheer during his final year at university. A friend convinced him to go with her, but he was never sure what to expect.
From that point onwards Toby fell in love with the sport and it is now such a huge part of his life.

After university, Toby joined Morecambe Bay Stormers and has been with them ever since 2014.

Being 28 and a non-tumbler, Toby never thought he would ever get the chance to compete on the World's stage.

"Taking part in the World Championships was always a bit of a pipe dream really for me .. then REIGN ALLSTARS happened"
